Where Is The Block 2027?
Jacksons Hill in Sunbury, about 40 kilometres north west of Melbourne’s CBD, on the site of the former Sunbury Asylum and Caloola. realestate.com.au and the Herald Sun report that Nine has acquired three heritage buildings from the Victorian Government and that five teams will turn them into five homes. When Would The Block 2027 Air?
The show’s calendar barely moves: filming from February (a 12 week shoot from February 2027 according to the official casting page), premiere in late July or August, auction in October or November. This time the heritage permit is the wildcard. Australian House and Garden reports the application will be publicly advertised later in September 2026. Unless Nine reinvents the wheel, expect a premiere in late July or August 2027.
