Several suspected the show had been listening to the backlash, with one commenter guessing the odd, choppy couple intros were a sign of last-minute edits to strip the AI content out. The verdict: episode four “actually felt like a Block episode” again.
Wyatt is this season’s problem child

A season that’s spent three weeks under fire for AI overuse, filler drama and a flat cast finally showed signs of life, helped along by less AI, more actual renovation footage, and a genuine villain arc forming around Wyatt. Whether it holds is another question, tonight’s poster is off to Canberra for the weekend and won’t be back until the reveal after next, but for once the thread signed off in a decent mood.
