The Block’s production company (Watercress Productions) paid $5.9 million for a property in Albert Park Melbourne and several sources are speculating that it’s the location for one of The Block series for 2014.
47 O’Grady Street Albert Park has already had plans for renovation opposed by council and locals due to height and intrusion into the surrounding historic neighbourhood.
