Tonight the Logie for ‘Most Popular Reality Program’ was won by The Block.
Scott Cam & Shelly Craft accepted the award and thanked all the Block fans, promising even more of The Block coming up in a few weeks.

The Block South Melbourne 142 Park Street South Melbourne is progressing quickly. Before and during shots below.
There look to be 5 brightly coloured doors with the traditional big numbers on them. One per floor indicating we’ll have five Block contestants on the South Melbourne show when it hits our screens.
Hidden behind the screening they’ve started painting the exterior black and installed new black framed windows.
The Block is back in South Melbourne where 5 couples from different states renovate 5 entire floors of an ex-motel building.

Well it’s after 5pm and according to the real estate advertising the auctions are happening right now but the buyers, vendors and everyone involved are sworn to secrecy so unless the prices “leak” you’ll have to wait for the Wednesday finale for The Block results.
It’s lucky that there’s another The Block South Melbourne scheduled for later this year and House Rules should start soon after Easter.
The underdogs when they started in The Block All Stars, Phil & Amity have proven themselves to be real contenders to Win Wednesday’s finale (The Auction is actually on Tuesday). The couple were on the original series of The Block 10 years ago.
After walking through the four finished houses in person, there are a few key reasons why I think Phil and Amity’s heritage cottage will fetch the most at auction.
