There are just four houses for The Block NZ 2013 in Lake Rd Takapuna, NZ and the Open home days are rumoured to begin in October 2013. Check out the location and the site before fences were put up to shut out sticky beaks.
Can’t wait to see how they brought the two new houses onto the site.
This year two houses were brought on to the site and extensive groundwork has been undertaken including creating an underground double garage for one of the houses. Neighbours say the couples have been working in the houses since earlier this month
